The Annual General Meeting for the College of Licensed Counselling Therapists will be held on October 24th, 2026. The meeting will be held virtually from 10am to 1pm. Included in this meeting is an ethics presentation from Dr. Roberta Borgen titled Shades of Grey: Ethical Dilemmas are Never Black and White .
Dr. Borgen, CCC, is an internationally recognized counsellor educator whose work centres on supporting people through transition, complexity, and change. With decades of experience in counselling, supervision, and practitioner development, she brings a grounded, client‑centred approach to ethical decision‑making. She co-authored Ethics in a Canadian Counselling Context and currently serves on a CCPA committee to review and revise the current Code of Ethics.
